Abstract/Citation: Consists of a preamble, definitions and twenty-seven sections covering issues such as discrimination in employment, housing and sale of property, accommodation and services, by association or business, and sexual harassment. The Act also provides for the establishment of a Human Rights Commission, and sets forth its functions, powers and procedure.
