| Abstract/Citation: | Persons may be employed for training purposes on the proposal of their legal representative if they are over 14 years of age and have completed their basic schooling; persons over 16 years of age may be released from their obligation to receive training or further education and employed on simple routine jobs, subject to certain conditions. |
