| Abstract/Citation: | Repeals the Act of 24 Oct. 1974 respecting area labour and social security courts. Amends, inter alia, the Labour Code (LS 1974 - Pol. 1A) by amending ss. 39, 87 and 127, deleting s. 123 and replacing ss. 242 to 280 (Part XII: Examination of disputes relating to claims by workers in connection with their employment relationships) by new ss. 242 to 265, which constitute a new Part XII, entitled "Examination of disputes relating to claims deriving from employment relationships". |
