Abstract/Citation: Repeals, inter alia, Order No. 921 of 9 Oct. 1961 of the Council of Ministers on the same subject; replaces s. 109 of the Regulation governing the conditions for the grant and payment of state pensions, approved by Order No. 590 of 3 Aug. 1972 of the Council of Ministers, with provisions to the effect that, in the case of family members of persons suffering group I disability as a result of the Second World War or of an employment injury or occupational disease, time spent looking after the disabled relative shall be taken into account in calculating the total period of employment.
