| Abstract/Citation: | Makes numerous amendments to the Proclamation. These include the following additions to the definitions as well as deleting and replacing the following articles: Article 2 - Addition of new sub-articles 15-18 (i.e. Representative of Victim Worker, Labour Attaché, Memorandum of Understanding, Domestic Work) in the definitions following Article 2(14) with renumbering of the remaining sub-articles accordingly. Article 7 - Delete and replace the Level of Education and Occupational Competence Assessment Article 12 - Delete and replace Requirement of Bilateral Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding Article 15 - Delete and replace Establishment of Board Article 37 - Delete and replace Approval of Contract of Employment |
