|Abstract/Citation:||The Act sets out the Statement of National Objects, which include the right of the people under the Constitution to have health care, education, legal services and the right to a responsible and ethical government; and, to ensure confidence of the people in the government and to fulfill the rights of people under Constitution, that there is a integrity and sustainability of Government Infrastructure Development Projects without any disruptions due to change of government or administration (§501).
The Act makes it unlawful for any government to change any infrastructure development project that is approved by a previous government or development including any infrastructure project that is endorsed and funded by development partners and is identified for implementation.
