| Abstract/Citation: | Amendment of the § 2a: - half of the contributions to the unemployed insurance system on behalf of low income employees are to be borne by employers. -Self-employed, voluntarily insured in unemployment insurance system, also benefit from the lowering of minimal contribution base from 6 to 3% (EUR 44.89 instead of EUR 89.78). |
