| Abstract/Citation: | Chapter 1 introduces general provisions, including, inter alia, the principles of appointing state benefits, types and sizes of state benefits, guaranteed minimum income, sources for the payment of state benefits. Chapter 2 deals with the appointment and payment of state benefits: inter alia, lump sum payment in time of child birth, appointment of monthly payment to families in need, who have children under age of 16; also the types of incomes subjected to consideration in case of benefit appointment; procedure of the payment of benefits, recalculation of benefits and termination of the payment of benefits; emissions from state benefits. Chapter 3 regulates the liability and protection of the citizens who receive state benefits: inter alia, liability of citizens and bodies who provide information on recipients of state pensions; liability for wrong appointment of benefits; disputes related with the appointment and payment of benefits. Chapter 4 sets final provisions. Repeals the previous law No. 318 of 29 December 2009 "On State Benefits" (Vedomosti Jogorku Kenesha Kirgizskoj Respubliki, 2009, No. 11, p. 1032). |
