| Abstract/Citation: | Article 1. Amendment to the Act on the Protection of Workers' Claims in Case of Employer's Bankruptcy: -protection of workers and their entitlement to benefits, in case of employers bankruptcy, has been enlarged: -reference period between termination of employment and employer bankruptcy has been extended from 9 to 12 months -acceleration of providing financial aid to employees, in case of employers bankruptcy. Article 2. Amendment to the Act on Court Fees in Civil Cases Article 3-9. Adjusting, transitional and final provisions. |
