Abstract/Citation
The Disability-related Employment Supports and Services Regulation, under the Income and Employment Supports Act, provides the authority for individualized disability-related employment supports and services to assist persons with disabilities to successfully complete their approved training and education programs and/or enter the workforce and maintain employment; and to provide workplace supports to assist employers in their duty to accommodate employees with disabilities.
