| Abstract/Citation: | Section I sets general provisions, introducing, inter alia, the concepts and definitions of state social insurance, its principles, state regulation, persons eligible for state social insurance, also the rights and duties of insurer and insured. Section II deals with the types and amounts of state social insurance, including, inter alia, the procedure of appointment and payment of social insurance, also pension insurance, ritual allowance for burial. Section III sets general terms of appointment and payment of allowances and compensations. Section IV introduces the procedure funding state social insurance. Section V deals with the government of state social insurance. |
