Amends a number of legal acts, inter alia, the Law "On Trade Unions, their Rights and Guarantees for their Activity", supplementing Article 40 (Guarantees for trade unions activity) with new part 2; the Law "On Labour Protection", supplementing Article 41 (Public control over compliance with labour legislation) with new part 5; the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance", supplementing articles 24 (Periods consisting insurance experience), 28 (Minimum size of pension by age) with new paragraphs, also rephrasing Paragraph 14 of Section XV "Final provisions".
