| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Aliens and Immigration Law in view of harmonizing the national legislation with Council Directive 2003/109/EU of 25 November 2003 concerning the status of third-country nationals who are long-term residents, as amended by European Parliament and Council Directive 2011/51/EU of 11 May 2011. It specifically amends the phrasing of articles 18J, 18JB, 18JC, 18K and it abolishes Annex II and the Index of Annex II of the Law. |
