| Abstract/Citation: | According to the Law of 17 July 2002 "On Establishment and Procedure of Increase of the Level of Minimum Wage", establishes the minimum wage at the amount 265 rubles. Repeals the Decree of Ministers Council No. 1094 of 24 December 2015 "To Establish the Amount of Minimum Monthly Wage" (Nacionalnij pravovoj internet portal Respubliki Belarus, 30.12.2015, 5/41489); also repeals sub-paragraph 1.1 of para 1 of the Decree of Ministers Council No. 477 of 20 June 2016 "To Amend and Supplement in Decrees of Ministers Council and to Repeal Government Decrees and Decrees of Government Structure Elements" (Nacionalnij pravovoj internet-portal Respubliki Belarus, 24.06.2016, 5/42243). |
