| Abstract/Citation: | Chapter I: General provisions Chapter II: Property of public-law companies Chapter III: Management of public-law companies Chapter IV: Planning of activity of public-law company. Accountability and auditing of accountability Chapter V: Temporarily free means of public-law company Chapter VI: Re-organization and liquidation of public-law company Chapter VII: Final provisions. Article 26 amends article 3491 of Labour Code changing the wording of the title, which now reads as follows: "Regulation of the labour of workers of state corporations, public-law companies, and state companies"; also introducing changes to the wordings of part 1, 4, 5. Also amends, inter alia, part 1 of Civil Code, the federal laws No. 7-FZ of 12 January 1996 "On Non-Profit Organizations", No. 273-FZ of 25 December 2008 "On Combatting Corruption", No. 307-FZ of 30 December 2008 "On Auditing Activity". |
