| Abstract/Citation: | The general objective of technical and vocational education and training is to create a competent, motivated, employable, adaptable and innovative workforce through which the country’s socio-economic development shall be enhanced. Provides for the establishment of a national technical and vocational education and training qualifications framework by the Federal Technical and Vocational Education and Training Agency. The Agency has the duty and responsibility to coordinate the overall technical and vocational education and training system.
