| Abstract/Citation: | Competent authority is the Ministry of Culture. The Act sets out to promote and safeguard the intangible cultural heritage of Thailand which includes folk literature and language; performing arts; social practices, rituals and festive traditions, knowledge and practices concerning nature and the universe; traditional craftsmanship; playing traditional folk sports and martial arts; any other practice or form as prescribed in the regulations. |
