| Abstract/Citation: | This law defines terms and conditions for the persons willing to undertake guardianship over unsupervised and ill-supervised minors. Article 5 of the law provides detailed preconditions under which a woman or a couple can undertake supervision of a minor (his/her martial status, existence of a child in the family, age of one of the spouses, etc.). |
