Approves the accession of the State of Qatar to the Arab Agreement for the Projection of Authors' Rights and Neighboring Rights (the amended Arab Agreement for the Protection of Authors' Rights - Baghdad 1981). The agreement shall have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
