Abstract/Citation: An Act to create a new Chapter under Title 26 of the MIRC in order to declare the equal rights and freedoms of all persons with disabilities and provide for the protection, promotion and enforcement; of those rights and freedoms, as a step towards implementing the legal obligations of the Marshall Islands, as a State Party to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Person with Disabilities; and to make related provisions.
