Abstract/Citation: Being an Act, as authorised by Section 172 (establishment of other courts) of the Constitution, to -
(a) establish a comprehensive and separate juvenile justice system based on restorative justice, melanesian tradition and contemporary juvenile justice practices; and
(b) to repeal the Juvenile Courts Act 1991 and to amend certain other Acts,
and for related purposes.
