| Abstract/Citation: | Article 2 of the present Law amends article 28B, by replacing paragraph (c) of 3rd phrase and subparagraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) of paragraph (a) of the reservation of 13th phrase, with new ones, regarding the calculation of credits depending on the time of previous working experience. Article 3 sets the date into force of the Law and stipulates the retroactive effect of paragraph (a) of article 2 of the present Law. |
