|Abstract/Citation:||Amends, inter alia, the Labour Code, making wording changes in articles 42 (Preemptive right to keep at work in case of discharge of employees because of changes in organization of production and work), 196 (Additional guarantees in assistance to employment), 197 (Granting to youth the first work place); supplements article 49-2 (Procedure of discharge of employees) with a new part, also adds new part 5 to article 119 (Guarantees for workers at the time of carrying out state or public duties).
Also amends the Law "On Social and Legal Protection of Military Servicemen and Members of their Families", supplementing article 10-1 (Right of military servicemen to leave. Procedure of granting a leave to military servicemen and of calling them back to service) with new para 20.
