| Abstract/Citation: | Article 2 of the present Law amends article 2, by supplementing the definition of the term "one-parent family", to include the spouse of the single parent that serves custodial sentence for more than 6 months. Article 3 supplements the 1st phrase of article 3, by adding new paragraph (e), worded as follows: "married father and his children living together with him within the same household, if his spouse serves custodial sentence for more than 6 months", and new paragraph (f), worded as follows: "married mother and her children living together with her within the same household, if her spouse serves custodial sentence for more than 6 months". |
