Abstract/Citation: Enacts interim provisions related to the Law on the Evaluation of Candidates for Appointment in the Public Service.

Article 2 provides for the definition of the following terms: "written examination", "position", "Law" and "Examination Service".
Article 3 introduces special provisions suspending the application of certain provisions of the Law and inserting other interim provisions concerning the filling of vacancies to be exempted from the suspension of filling.
