| Abstract/Citation: | The present Law amends the Laws N° 155(I) of 2006, 68(I) of 2007, 6(I) of 2011 and 36(I) of 2015 regulating the Operation of Shops and the Conditions of Employment of Workers (Amendment N°2). It specifically amends the Law by adding new article 33, entitled "Transitional provision. 36(I) of 2015" and worded as follows: "The Law of 2015 amending the Law regulating the Operation of Shops and the Conditions of Employment of Workers (Amendment) is amended by replacing its article 7 with new article 7: [Entry into force of the present Law. The entry into force of the present Law is set for the 14/5/2015]". |
