| Abstract/Citation: | The Law amends the Laws N° 155(I) of 2006, 68(I) of 2007 and 6(I) of 2011 regulating the Operation of Shops and the Conditions of Employment of Workers. Article 2 of the present Law amends article 2 regarding the definition of terms. Article 3 amends article 21 by deleting the reservation included in subparagraph iii of paragraph f'. Article 4 amends article 26 concerning the regulations for products or/and services of special shops. Article 5 amends article 27 concerning the regulations for touristic shops. Article 6 amends article 30 by deleting the phrase "or decree" from paragraph b' of the 1st phrase. Article 7 sets the date of entry into force of the present Law as of 1/5/2015. |
