| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces, inter alia, general provisions; state guarantees in the sphere of employment including registration of unemployed, unemployment allowance, qualification, professional training of unemployed, also regulates participation of employers in ensuring employment of population, particularly organization of paid public works, promotion of employment by employers, rights of employers. Repeals the previous Law No. 113 of 27 July 1998 "On Promotion of Employment of Population" (Vedomosti Jogorku Kenesha Kirgizskoj Respubliki, 1998, No.12, page 521). |
