Abstract/Citation: It amends, inter alia, the following Acts:

- Act No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety dated 20 June 2012: amends para 2 of article 8 (occupational health and safety experts) and adds a new sentence to para 5 (mining and construction); adds two new para to article 25 (precautions to be undertaken for extremely dangerous works; jail sentence duration for workers without necessary authorisations); adds a new article 25/A (ban on public procurement because of fatal occupational accidents); amends para 1 and 2 of article 26 and adds a new para to para 1 (penalties in case of non-respect of rules by the employers); amends para 1 (g) of article 30 and adds a new para after the second one (precautions to be undertaken in case of suspension of work especially for mining and construction works; special emergency shelters for mining workplaces); amends para 1 of article 4 and adds a new para (3) (extremely dangerous works; class document; occupational health and safety expert; examinations and certification); adds a temporary article 9 (entry into force);

- Civil Servants' Act No. 657 dated 14 July 1965: it amends the lists of annex II (occupational health and safety directorate; occupational health and safety research and development institute).

- Act No. 4447 dated 25 August 1999 establishing Unemployment Insurance: it amends para 6 (d) of article 48 (labor market research and planning Studies; permits, payments) and adds a new para (actif labour power services; trainings and programs); adds an additional article 3 (dangerous and extremely dangerous works; trainings and certifications; funds and assistance); adds an additional article 4 (fatal occupational accidents; dangerous and extremely dangerous works; unemployment insurance; premiums); adds a temporary article 13 (mining accident in the city of Karaman); adds a temporary article 14 (payment of undue insurance premiums); adds a temporary article 15 (educational programs for persons younger than 18 and 29 years old).

- Labour Act No. 4857 dated 22 May 2003: amends para 10 of article 41 by replacing the words "more than 36 hours" by "more than 37.5 hours"; amends para 3 (b) of article 46 and para 1 (i) of article 55 by replacing with "permission time mentioned in additional article 2"; repeals "65th" mentioned in para 2 of article 104; adds an additional article 2 (compassionate leave); amends para 1 of article 63 (working time of underground miners: maximum seven hours and a half per day and thirty seven and a half per week)
adds a sentence to para 3 of article 69 (for tourism, private security and health care jobs, night work carried out over seven and a half hours is allowed provided written permission of the workers); amends para 1 and 4 of article 71 (replaces "above the age of fourteen years old and who has completed primary education" by "above the age of fourteen years old and has completed his compulsory education" and replaces "attending school" with "pre-school children and attending school who attend school", replaces the "first" with "fourth"; adds a new sentence (work of children below 15 is forbidden but exceptions for children of the age of 14 under conditions); adds "according to article 71" after "in line with provisions of the last para of this article" to para 1 of article 104; adds a new para to article 112 (mining workers).
