| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Laws N° 167(I) of 2002, 22(I) and 57(I) of 2003, 136(I) and 194(I) of 2007, 55(I) of 2010, 189(I) of 2011 and 180(I) of 2012 on the Child's Benefit Grant. It specifically amends 1st phrase of article 2, by replacing the definition of the following terms: "General Director", "authorised officer" and "Minister", as well as 1st phrase of article 7 and 3rd phrase of article 11, by replacing the phrase "Ministry of Finance" with the phrase "Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance". |
