| Abstract/Citation: | Article 2 provides for the definition of the following terms: "financially disadvantaged persons", "Special Fund", "Committee", "Minister", "Institution". Article 3 regulates the establishment of the Institution. Article 4 settles the resources of the Institution. Article 5 stipulates that the purpose of the establishment and function of the Institution is to provide financial support to financially disadvantaged persons. Article 6 provides for the establishment and article 7 for the function of an Administration Committee. Article 8 regulates the economic statements and Article 9 the inspection over the Institution. Article 10 regulates the winding up of the Institution. Article 11 sets the date of entry into force of the present Law. |
