| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Laws N° 192(I) of 2011 and 185(I) of 2012 concerning the non-granting of accruals and index-increases to wages of Officials and Employees and to pensions of Pensioners of the Public Service and of the broader Public Sector. It specifically amends the following provisions: - the preamble; - article 2, by adding the following terms and definitions: "appointment", "position", "position of first appointment and promotion", "promotion position", "stipendiary conditions", "payroll", "promotion"; - article 4, by replacing it with new one regarding the payroll in the event of promotion of the employee. It also adds new articles 4A concerning the payroll of appointees who are not employed in the Public Service or the broader Public Sector, 4B on the duty time in the appointment/promotion position, and 4C regarding the benefits in case of relocation or substitutional appointment of the employee. |
