| Abstract/Citation: | The Law amends the Law on the recruitment procedure for extraordinary personnel in the Public and Educational Services, by abolishing articles 4, 4A and 4B and by adding new article 4 concerning the accession and employment in alternative categories of employees under open-ended contracts, and new article 4A concerning the transfer of employees under open-ended contracts. |
