| Abstract/Citation: | Amends article 28, paragraph (b) of the Law on Public Educational Service by adding: - new phrase worded as follows: "and, considering that it is about citizens of the Republic of Cyprus, they have executed or have been legitimately discharged from their military obligations"; - new reservations concerning the conduct of medical examinations and the submission of certificates of military status for the purposes of appointing in positions citizens of the Republic of Cyprus who have been legitimately discharged from their military obligations. |
