Abstract/Citation
Establishes WorkSafe New Zealand which is to operate under the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). The main objectives of WorkSafe New Zealand are to promote and contribute to securing the health and safety of workers and workplaces, and, when performing its functions under the relevant health and safety legislation, to act in a way that furthers any relevant objectives or purposes stated in that legislation.
