| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the following articles of the basic Law N° 16 of 1967 as amended up to Law N° 23(I) of 2012: - article 2: adds the definition of "Doctors' Company"; - article 4: adds new phrase 4, concerning the non acquittal effect of the participation of a doctor in a Doctors' Company, in case of any personal disciplinary liability; - article 6B: adds new phrase 2, expanding the scope of the present part's provisions to cover Doctors' Companies. |
