Abstract/Citation: Amends article 4 of Laws N° 202(I) of 2011 and 183(I) of 2012 on the Extraordinary Contribution of Employees, Pensioners and the Self-Employed of the Private Sector, by replacing the existing 2nd reservation at the end of its 1st phrase with a new one, which is worded as follows: "Emoluments and pensions, from which, by virtue of Laws N° 112(I) and 193(I) of 2011 and 74(I) and 184(I) of 2012 on an Extraordinary Contribution of Officials, Employees and Pensioners of the Public Service and of the broader Public Sector, extraordinary contributions are being deducted for the benefit of the Republic of Cyprus, and which do not fall upon the provisions of the present Law, shall be added to the gross emoluments, for the purposes of fixation of the amount of the rate of extraordinary contributions, rendered by virtue of article 4 of the present Law".
