| Abstract/Citation: | Article 2 of the Law provides for the definition of the following terms: "Republic", "Public Sector", "Broader Public Sector" and "position/vacancy". Article 3 introduces and sets the conditions for the prohibition of filling of vacancies. Article 4 lists the exceptions to the prohibition of filling of vacancies. Article 5 defines the date of end of application of the present Law as of the 31st December 2013. |
