| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Law N° 192(I) of 2011 concerning the non-granting of accruals and index-increases to wages of Officials and Employees and to pensions of Pensioners of the Public Service and of the broader Public Sector. It introduces amendments to article 2, concerning the definition of "Private Sector" (article 2), and to article 3, replacing "2013" by "2016" (article 3). It adds new article 7A regarding the recognition of employment for the purposes of granting accruals to the teaching and academic personnel (article 4). It further amends article 8, concerning the index-readjustment of emoluments and pensions (article 5(a)), the non-granting of wage increase for 2012 and the readjustment of the wage increase for 2017 (article 5(b)), as well as article 10, concerning the partial entry into force of the Law (article 6). |
