| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the following articles of Law N° 88(I) of 2011 on the Retirement Pension of Public Officers: - article 2, related to definitions; - article 3, para (st), concerning the introduction of a deduction from the monthly pension benefits of Public Officers; - and article 4, regarding the obligations of reappointed or re-elected Public Officers. Adds new article 5 concerning periodical contributions. |
