| Abstract/Citation: | It amends article 2 of the Retirement Pension Laws (97(I) of 1997; 3(I) of 1998; 77(I) of 1999; 141(I) of 2001; 69(I) of 2005; 37(I) and 94(I) of 2010), related to the definition of the following terms: "Application Form", "European Union", "Regulation N° 31 (EEC) and 11 (EAEC) of 1962" and "European Union Servant". It introduces: - article 26A concerning the right of transfer of pension benefits from the Public Sector pension scheme to the European Union pension scheme - and article 26B concerning the right of transfer of pension benefits from the European Union pension scheme to the Public Sector pension scheme. |
