Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on national health insurance. Divided into 9 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-5) contains general provisions. Part 2 (s. 5-11) deals with insured persons. Inter alia regulates eligibility for national health insurance. Part 3 (s. 12-38) establishes National Health Insurance Corporation, and regulates its composition, powers and procedures. Part 4 (s. 39-54) makes provision for insurance benefits. Part 5 (s. 55-61) deals with health insurance review agency. Part 6 (s. 62-75) provides for contributions. Part 7 (s. 76-78) deals with objection, request for review and some related matters. Parts 8 (s. 79-93) and 9 (s. 94-100) contain penal provisions.
