Abstract/Citation: Part 1 discusses the general application of the Act. Part 2 regulates the reporting, conciliation and investigaton of trade disputes. Part 3 states the requirements for the registration of collective agreements. Part 4 creates the Industrial Court, and generally describes dispute resolution procedures. Part 5 discusses enforcement of awards and orders rendered by the Industrial Court. Part 6 prescribes protection of essential services, life and property. Part 7 regulates the collection of trade union dues. Consolidates text from 1965 to 1980.
