FSI Worldwide

Description

FSI Worldwide was founded in 2006 as a specialist supplier of ex-Gurkha personnel to the security industry. It has since developed an efficient and cost-effective model for the ethical recruitment and management of skilled and low-skilled labour for the construction, security, facilities management, oil and gas, and hospitality sectors. FSI's complete ownership of the recruitment process ensures that every candidate is selected purely based on their suitability for a role, without interference from third party agents or brokers. The company has set up a rigorous selection and screening process which includes interviews, medical screening, fitness tests and skills tests, among others. It also has an extensive in-house training capability, which includes Trafficking in Persons (TIP) awareness and compliance training. Post-recruitment, FSI provides management services including workforce management, travel administration, payroll and welfare support to migrant workers and their employers. FSI was the winner of the 2013 UN Business Leaders Award to Fight Human Trafficking.
