Este reglamento, de conformidad con la ley nş93 de 1993 relativa a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo (CIS 04-5), aplica en Hungría las disposiciones de la directiva europea 2002/44/CE (CIS 02-24). Principales disposiciones: definición de las vibraciones transmitidas al sistema mano-brazo y al cuerpo entero; límites de exposición (vibraciones mano-brazo: 5m/s2 para un valor límite de exposición diario (8h) y 2,5m/s2 para un valor límite de exposición de actuación (8h); vibraciones transmitidas al cuerpo entero: 1,15 y 0,5m/s2, respectivamente); obligaciones de los empresarios (determinación y evaluación de los riesgos, disposiciones destinadas a evitar o a reducir la exposición, información y formación de los trabajadores, consulta y participación de los trabajadores); disposiciones diversas (vigilancia de la salud, derogaciones).
