Regulations brought in in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Act, 1973. Contents: definitions; obligations of labelling; duties of consignors, conveyors, drivers and operators in connection with the transport of hazardous substances by road tanker. In the annex: list of ca. 600 substances, with corresponding Substance identification number, emergency action codes and hazard warning to be used on labels; alternative substance identification numbers and emergency action codes for certain substances; standard hazard warning signs (with illustrations); information to be included on the Transport Emergency Action Card and in accident report forms.
