This Decree creates Safety and Health Services within the Greek Labour Inspection system, whose responsibilities include the delivery of diplomas of safety technicians and occupational physicians and the provision of safety and health advice to employers. The Decree applies in Greece the provisions of Directives 89/391/EEC (see CIS 89-1401) and 91/383/EEC (see CIS 92-6).
