This Decree amends schedules No.57 (periarticular occupational diseases); No.66 (occupational respiratory conditions of allergic origin) and No.69 (occupational diseases caused by vibration and impacts from machine tools, tools and objects). A new schedule is added to the list, No.7l (eye diseases due to thermal radiation).

CIS 83-203 Decree No.82-99 of 22 Jan. 1982 to revise and supplement the tables of occupational diseases in the Schedule to Decree No.46-2959 of 31 Dec. 1946

Two new tables are added to the tables of occupational diseases set out in the Schedule to the Decree of 31 Dec. 1946 (as subsequently amended): No.10 bis (occupationally-induced respiratory diseases due to chromic acid, and alkaline chromates and dichromates); No.37 bis (occupationally-induced respiratory diseases due to nickel oxides and salts). 12 tables are replaced: No.10 (ulcerations and dermatitis due to chromic acid, alkaline chromates and dichromates, zinc chromate and chromium sulfate); No.15 (occupational diseases (OD) due to aromatic amines and their hydroxy-halogenated, nitroso-, nitro and sulfonated derivatives); No.24 (occupational brucellosis); No.37 (occupational skin diseases due to nickel oxides and salts). The other amended tables concern: OD due to penicillin preparations and their salts, and to aspirin preparations for headache (No.41); formaldehyde and its polymers (No.43); wood species (No.47); aliphatic and alicyclic amines (No.49); phenylhydrazine (No.50); organic isocyanates (No.62); proteolytic enzymes (No.63); allergic disorders (No.66).

This Decree (effective 3 Apr. 1980) adds 2 new tables to the schedule of occupational diseases: Table 67, lesions of the nasal septum due to potassium chloride dust in potassium mines and ancillary plant; Table 68, occupational tularaemia. List of occupations in which these diseases may be acquired.

Decree No.77-624 of 2 June 1977 to amend and supplement the lists of occupational diseases

This decree (entry into force: 19 June 1977) adds 2 new tables, 65 (allergy-induced eczematous dermatitis) and 66 (allergy-induced respiratory disorders of occupational origin), to the list of statutory occupational diseases contained in the French Labour Code. The following tables are amended: 1 (diseases due to lead and lead compounds), 29 (health damage due to work in pressurised atmospheres), 36 (occupational dermatoses due to work with lubricants and coolants) and 52 (health damage due to work in vinyl chloride polymerisation plants). A subtitle "Diseases due to toluene, xylenes and products containing them" is added to Table 4 (occupational benzene poisoning).
