CIS 88-1759 The Factories (Building operations and works of engineering construction) Regulations 1985 [Singapore]
Regulations issued under the authority of the Factories Act (1973). They cover safety matters in the construction industry and related operations under the following headings: general provisions; concrete work; structural steel and precast concrete assembly; construction, repair and maintenance of steep roofs; catch platforms and hoardings; chutes, safety belts and nets; runways and ramps; ladders and step-ladders; scaffolds; demolition; excavation and tunnelling works; material hoists and employees' lifts; cranes and derricks; piling; explosives.
