This regulation specifies the requirements and procedures for the recognition of the implementation of occupational safety and health management systems by the Argentinian public OSH institution (Superintendencia de riesgos del trabajo, SRT), and presents a model of the enterprise management system validation document.

Resolución 523/2007. Apruébanse las "Directrices nacionales para los sistemas de gestión de la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo" [Argentina] [in Spanish]
This resolution approves the national directives on occupational safety and health management systems based on ILO OSH 2001. It defines enterprise policy concerning OSH, organization and responsibilities within the enterprise, system planning and implementation, system evaluation, corrective actions and continuous improvement of the system.

Resolución 823/2001 - Prohíbese la producción, importación, comercialización y uso de fibras de Asbesto variedad Crisotilo y productos que las contengan, a partir del 1° de enero de 2003 [Argentina] [in Spanish]
This ministerial resolution bans all use of chrysotile asbestos in Argentina as of 1 Jan. 2003. Some chrysotile-containing materials (textiles, paper, carton, plastic, filters, joints, pastes, paints and insulation) are totally banned within 60 days of the publication of this Resolution. On the other hand, chrysotile-containing materials may be authorized for a period of 1 year after its prohibition, with possibility of renewal, in cases where their replacement is not feasible or where no replacement exists in the market.

Reglaméntase la Disposición No.7/90 en lo referente al procedimiento de homologación [in Spanish]
This regulation defines the procedures to be followed by enterprises in the implementation of type approval activities. Technical details are given in the annex: sworn oaths; quality control (factory organization; inspection personnel; quality inspection and tests; conformity specifications; sample selection; indication of critical, major and minor defects); analysis of proposed quality control plans; changes and modifications in plant, equipment or protective equipment subject to type approval; type approval of prototypes.
